Payment terms

All prices shown on the site are in CDN funds. All online orders are prepaid. www.printthreetoronto.com accepts all major credit cards.

For online orders, we do not offer a COD payment or check payment option. Payment terms may be available depending on the type of purchase, amount, and verification of credit.

Quotation & Estimates

A quote is based on the information you make available to us and is never finalize. All estimates are valid within 30 business days of the date you received it. www.printthreetoronto.com reserves the right to change the prices without notice.

Over & under run quantity

One of the hardest concepts for a new business owner to understand is why we ship 10% over or under the asked for quantity. A business owner that is unfamiliar with our processes will rationalize that they could never get by with shipping an imprecise number to their customer.

However, due to the nature of complex manufacturing in combo printing business, www.printthreetoronto.com reserves the right to supply clients 10% over or under the quantity of the actual order.

In case of significant under run, we will refund the amount paid and charge only for the amount delivered.

Turnaround period

We know how critical it is to receive your printing services and materials on time. We also offer a 5-Day Turnaround Guarantee on larger quantities and jobs that require rigorous finishing jobs.

These guaranteed FAST turnaround times are included as part of our standard pricing – WITH NO HIDDEN UP CHARGES! This is part of our commitment to you so that you can honor commitments to your customers.

Turnaround time commences upon the receiving of payments. All content must cleared ad approved for further processing by our customer service specialists.

Disclaimer regarding orders

You must check your files thoroughly before submitting them to our online ordering system.

Client guarantees the legal title of all files and artworks submitted to our website.

Change orders

If you decide to make any changes to your order, you need to notify our representatives via email and call us immediately.
